NOTE: If there another drive device is connected EIDE controller with the CD-ROM, make sure that the color keyed side of the ribbon cable connector is connected to the pin one position on the other device.
2) If the color keyed side of the ribbon cable is not connected to pin one, unplug the cable and reconnect the cable so that the color keyed side matches pin one.
